Perform the underneath steps to create MIME types from your HELM control panel:

  1. Login to the HELM control panel.

  2. Click on Domains.

    Go to Domains Under a User

  3. Hit on your hosted domain i.e. testdomain.com.

    Select a Domain for which You Need to Add New MIME Type

  4. Click on MIME Types.

    Select MIME Types Option

  5. Click on Add New button.

    Add a New MIME Type

  6. Enter the Extension and Content type i.e. MS-Word and application respectively in this case.

    Specify MIME Type Extension and its Content Type

  7. Click on Save. Now, your browser will open the application file as MS-Word document.
