Please follow the below mentioned steps to clear the spool of a SmarterMail server.

  1. Login to SmarterMail as admin.

  2. Open Manage Tab.

  3. Now from Spool click on All Messages option.

    Select Manage Tab and Go to Spool > All Messages

  4. You will see list of mails which are in spool.

    View Spool Emails and Select Those Emails which You Want to Remove

  5. Select particular mails which you want to remove.

  6. Click on Delete button to remove those mails.

    Click on Delete Button to Remove Selected Spool Emails

Note:
All the emails enter in spool and leave the spool very quickly that they will not display in the spool. The emails which are displayed in the spool may be large, have many recipients, or are having trouble being sent to their final destination.
