Unfortunately, we cannot provide you minimum guarantee for upload / download speed. Our main server nodes are connected with 1Gbps port speed, which is shared among all the other clients hosted on that node. Upload / download speed varies from a few Mbps / second to 1 Gbps /second based on the active number of connections to that port.  Rest assured, up / down speed on your account will be above the comfort level for your normal day-to-day operations.
