Following article will guide you to reset the SmarterMail admin password. We assume that you have working SmarterMail admin password.

  • Login into SmarterMail interface through admin user.
  • Under Settings, click on System Administrators.
  • In right hand side pane, you will see admin user.

  • Check the checkbox of admin user and click on Edit button.
  • Enter old password and type new passsword, re-type new password.
