In Windows reseller hosting, you will have to assign PHP resource while creating a hosting plan. In case of VPS and/or dedicated server, if you have selected only operating system while placing your order then PHP will not be pre-installed on it. However, if you want to install it then you can request our support team via a support ticket, with the exact version of PHP.
