- Login to your cPanel account (https://IP-address:2083).
- Under Mail section, select option Email Accounts. Here, you will see list of all email accounts.
- Click on Delete button of an email account.
- Click on Delete button again on delete confirmation.
This article will assist you to delete an email account from cPanel. Please be careful while you delete an email account because once you delete an email account, all emails stored within the selected mailbox will be removed permanently. We recommend you to take a backup of your emails in your local system through any email client of your choice.
