Problem
Emails are being received too late in SmarterMail mail boxes.
Resolution
The following reasons may cause delayed Inbox delivery.
- A ton of mails in the Mail Spool. Make sure that the mail spool has no large amount of mails.
- Insufficient server Resources. Make sure that your mail server is not overloaded.
- Greylisting Enabled. Make sure that the GreyListing is disable for your account.
- An antivirus scanning process on your server may take a few times to scan the mail.
