You can change the email password by logging to your control panel. The steps of doing so are as under:

  1. Login to HELM control panel.

  2. Click on Domains.

    Go to Domains Under a User

  3. Hit on your hosted domain e.g. testdomain.com.

    Select a Domain for which Email Account Password Reset Requires

  4. Click on Email Accounts (POP3).

    Select Email Accounts Option

  5. Click on your email account for which you wish to change the password.

    Go to a Particular Email Account

  6. Change the password and then click on Save button.

    Set New Password for the Email Account
