While assisting you with the support queries, our support agents may ask you a screen capture of an error message you receive on your local computer screen. You can send the screen captures via Live chat window as follows.

  1. We assume that you have already initiated the Live chat session on AccuWebHosting.com. On the Live chat window, you will see a pin/clip icon. Click on that icon, and your local computer file explorer will be launched.

  2. Browse the file you want to attach in Live chat session and click on Open button to send it.

Sometimes you want to receive the Live chat transcript on your mailbox for the future reference. Here are the steps you should follow.

  1. Click on Menu icon located on the top-left corner.

  2. Specify your email address where you want to receive the chat conversation, and click on SEND button.
