- Download Feedback-form.txt (Feedback Form Demo) and Formmail.txt (Formmail.asp Script ) files.
- Rename feedback-form.txt file with feedback-form.html and formmail.txt file with formmail.asp. You can also rename these files with your desired name keeping the same file extensions.
- Necessary instructions to setup feedback form are given in the form content under comments. You can follow these instructions to customize the script and replace the actual data with demo content.
- Once necessary changes are done save the files.
- Upload both these files in the same folder of your hosting space.
