Follow the below mentioned steps in order to create the user alias:

  1. Login to the SmarterMail web interface as domain administrator.
  2. Click on Domain Settings.
  3. Click on Email Aliases.
  4. Click on Add Alias.
  5. Enter the Alias Name.
  6. Then, add the email address you want these alias emails delivered to.
  7. Click on Save.
