Problem Statement
Error reading mail account information (while creating an email account from the website panel).
Cause
Mail domain had insufficient disk space.
Solution
To determine mail domain has enough disk space, follow below mentioned steps.
- Login to SmarterMail with admin user.
- At SmarterMail, navigate to Reports → Expand the System Summary reports → Traffic Reports → Disk usage.
- If mail domain disk space is entirely utilized, you can expand the disk space from WebsitePanel.
- As an alternative, you can remove unwanted emails to release disk space.
