FreeSSL Certificate doesn’t provide the site seal to get trust from your website users. Paid SSL Certificate provides a secured site seal for their SSL certificates. It helps you to get the trust to your website users.
Auto SSL does not provide any kind of support. Most of the Paid SSL Certificate provides customer support including sales, technical and installation.
It doesn't provide Organisation Validation (OV) and Extended Validation (EV). Paid SSL do provide Organisation Validation (OV) and Extended Validation (EV).
You can install a Free SSL Certificate to secure your informative website or a blog. 
 If you are running your business, we recommend you to go with paid SSL Certificate since it includes the required feature.
