Perform the following steps to create the MySQL database from DirectAdmin control panel: 

  1. Login to DirectAdmin control panel [It should be accessible from http://IP_ADDRESS:2222].
  2. Click on MySQL Management link.
  3. Click on Create New Database.
  4. Provide the following details:
    • Database Name
    • Database Username
    • Password of that user
    • Re-type Password
  5. Click on Create button to create MySQL Database on your server through DirectAdmin Hosting Control Panel.
