Problem Statement


One of our Linux VPS customer was unable to send emails through PHPMailer script with Gmail's authentication.

Solution


After some investigation, we could fix the issue taking following steps.
  1. Login to WHM.
  2. Navigate to ConfigServer Security & Firewall.
  3. Click on Firewall Configuration.

  4. Locate the option SMTP_Block and set to '0'.

  5. Click on Change button.
