By default, this configuration is not provided with Cloud VPS service. However, if you wish then you can do it by your own. For that, you will first need to shrink the disk space, create a new partition and allocate remaining disk space to it.
Important: In this case, if you request to expand the disk space of your VPS in the future then it can only be expanded for the last partition e.g. if you have two drives C: and D: then C: drive cannot be expanded, the expansion will only be possible for D: drive.
